This website is operated by Veskon Builders LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site describes the services we offer and lets you request a free estimate. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a contract.

Pricing, scope and schedule for any project come only from a written estimate we prepare after seeing the property. Descriptions and photos here are examples of our work, not a promise of a specific result on your building.

Requesting an estimate

When you send the form, you confirm the information you gave is accurate and that the phone number and email are yours or that you are allowed to use them.

Sending a request does not create a contract and does not reserve a place in our schedule. Work begins only after a written estimate is signed.

Text messages

If you opt in, you agree to receive text messages from us at the number provided, including estimate follow ups, appointment reminders and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. How we handle that information is described in our privacy policy.

Photos and content

The text, photographs, logos and layout of this site belong to Veskon Builders LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without written permission. The project photographs are of work performed by our own crews.

Licensing and insurance

Veskon Builders LLC is licensed and insured in Massachusetts. Certificates of insurance are available on request before work begins.

Accuracy

We keep this site as accurate as we can, but details, materials and availability change. We may update or correct content at any time without notice.

Links to other sites

This site may link to pages we do not operate, such as our Google profile or our social media. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Veskon Builders LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing here limits any right you have under a signed contract with us or under Massachusetts consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
