Who we are

Veskon Builders LLC is a licensed contractor based at 13 Anderson Ave, Worcester, MA 01604. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

When you send the estimate form we collect the town of your project, the service you selected, your name, phone number, email address, the page you sent the form from, and the fact that you checked the consent box.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send them.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to your request, schedule a site visit, and prepare a written estimate. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people who need it to serve your project.

Text messages

If you check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from us at the number you provided. Those messages are about your estimate, appointment reminders, and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Mobile information collected for text messaging will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Phone and email

A person from Veskon Builders may also contact you by phone or email about your request. These are individual messages from a human being, not an automated campaign. If you would rather not hear from us again, tell whoever contacts you, or write to info@veskonbld.com, and we will stop.

Who processes the form

The estimate form is processed by Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this website. Submissions are stored there and forwarded to us by email.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site may load Google Tag Manager, which can in turn load Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. These collect standard technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

You can block them through your browser settings or an ad blocker and the site will keep working normally. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

Maps

The service area page includes a map from Google Maps. It does not load automatically: nothing is requested from Google until you tap the button to show the map. If you do tap it, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy. If you never tap it, no request is made and no data reaches Google through the map.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for as long as we may reasonably need them for the project and for our own records. If you ask us to delete yours, we will.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@veskonbld.com and we will handle it.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the effective date shown above.
